After preparing caviar avocado for the latest episode of Easy Eats, I had a little caviar left over. Tacos are one of my weaknesses. One of the things I like the most about a taco is it’s versatility. You can honestly use any protein you want, top it with avocado and call it a wrap! No pun intended. Fasting can present a number of challenges. Whether it’s physically, mentally, financially, or spiritually, there are adjustments that have to be made. I’m currently on a spiritual fast that will benefit me physically, mentally, financially, and spiritually! One of the conditions of this Fast is the removal of meat and dairy from my diet.
