Avocado Toast is such a simple and versatile meal to make. You can literally customize it to your own liking. I tend to keep mine the same because the ingredients are staples in a lot of my meals and are typically always in my fridge. Avocado toast also forces me to be a bit more intentional with adding healthy options to my meals, as well. I usually have it with a side of fruit, a boiled egg, or a fresh fruit smoothie or carrot juice. I encourage you to try out different variations of avocado toast, even if I don’t. See below for a simple way to make my easy peasy avocado toast.
INGREDIENTS:
- Bread slices (whatever type of bread you prefer)
- 1 Avocado
- Fresh Spinach – chopped
- Fresh Tomatoes – chopped
- Everything but the bagel seasoning
- Taco seasoning
- Fresh Kiwi – peeled and sliced
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Toast bread
- Mash avocado and add taco seasoning
- Mix spinach and tomatoes in seperate bowl
- Spread avocado on toast
- Sprinkle with Everything but the bagel seasoning
- Add tomato spinach mixture
- Sprinkle with more Everything but the bagel seasoning
- Add sliced kiwi on the side
- That’s it! It’s very simple. Whenever I’m fasting, I sometimes struggle to come up with meals, especially towards the end of the Fast. Hopefully, my easy meals will give you some ideas.
