After preparing caviar avocado for the latest episode of Easy Eats, I had a little caviar left over. Naturally I ate a spoonful with a pringle, but used the remainder to make a delicious caviar pasta. My favorite thing about this dish is the simplicity. It is a simple dish to prepare and if you are a pasta and caviar lover, you will be sure to enjoy.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound of spaghetti
- 2 ounces of caviar (1 tablespoon per serving)
- 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup dry wine ( I use Pinot Grigio)
- 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat butter in a large skillet
- Add the lemon juice and white wine. Cook for approx 1 minute
- Add the cream and simmer for about 5 minutes
- Cook the pasta as instructed on package
- Drain the pasta and reserve a cup of pasta water
- Add the pasta to the sauce adding reserved water if needed
- Garnish with Caviar
- Top with fresh parmesan
Will you try this pasta dish?
