Easy Eats | Caviar Pasta


After preparing caviar avocado for the latest episode of Easy Eats, I had a little caviar left over. Naturally I ate a spoonful with a pringle, but used the remainder to make a delicious caviar pasta. My favorite thing about this dish is the simplicity. It is a simple dish to prepare and if you are a pasta and caviar lover, you will be sure to enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound of spaghetti
  • 2 ounces of caviar (1 tablespoon per serving)
  • 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup dry wine ( I use Pinot Grigio)
  • 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet
  2. Add the lemon juice and white wine. Cook for approx 1 minute
  3. Add the cream and simmer for about 5 minutes
  4. Cook the pasta as instructed on package
  5. Drain the pasta and reserve a cup of pasta water
  6. Add the pasta to the sauce adding reserved water if needed
  7. Garnish with Caviar
  8. Top with fresh parmesan
